Any Curved Greatsword is a top tier weapon honestly. Exile suffers from Short and Stout syndrome where it's heavier and has shorter range than other CGSs but it's still great for any situation. I might also suggest stacking on some poise because a CGS is a great hyper armor weapon even for PVE.

It's ar is still brokenly high, it's on the ultragreatswords level. Str builds have Heavy Splitleaf, Heavy Harald, Greatsword, Yhorm, Ledo, Greatclub, Millwood, Claymore, even heavy straight swords aren't that bad. I'd say str is better than dex right now, especially considering you get increased defense from it. Short Sword > Crystal & Lightning. Lothric Knight Sword > Crystal and Lightning.
